How to play badminton in a proper hand grip and proper footwork

Badminton is the kind of sports activity that can be play with your friends and family. it is the exciting indoor and outdoor sports activity. A badminton Racket consists of different parts. First is the frame, the head, the stringed area, the shaft, the throat and the handle. 



 
In playing badminton, there are two kinds of hand grip. The Forehand and the Backhand.




In a forehand Grip,
place your hand on the handle
and aligned your  finger on the side of the head.














In a Back hand Grip,
just rotate your on the handle a little bit and
aligned your thumb finger on the front side of the head.








If there are proper grip, there should also a footwork.
There are different kinds of foot works but this is the most important one is the v-position.



Stand in the middle of the court,  forward your right foot then left then right and your going to top the shuttle cock using forehand grip. after that, back to the middle of the line, going to the left side, step your left foot after that twist your body at least 90 degree and step forward your right foot and tap the shuttle cock using backhand grip and again back to the center line. For the Back v, just step your right foot first and follow the left foot, vise-versa.



All of you guys knew how to play badminton but frankly saying that you don't have the idea of proper playing of badminton that's why I taught you how to play badminton in a proper way because i want you to avoid some accidents like in a hand grip you can rid against aching of your hand and for the footwork, you can avoid tripping because you only want is to enjoy your game.
